How long does an eye test take?
A refraction eye test typically takes about 10-15 minutes. However, if you're undergoing a comprehensive eye test, it can take anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the specific tests required. How much does an eye exam or eye test cost?
Eye tests are free when you purchase a frame or eyewear from us. If you require an eye test report for any other reason, the charges will be applicable.

Please note that all optical purchases are custom orders and cannot be resold, making them non-refundable. Once the order process begins, cancellations are not possible. Yes, we offer warranties for frames depending on the brand and material. Here are the general warranty details for frames:
Standard Frames: Typically come with a 6 months warranty.
Premium Frames (e.g., Designer or Imported Brands): Usually have a 1-year warranty.
Frame Adjustments: Any frame adjustments for comfort (e.g., nose pad or temple adjustments) are typically free within the warranty period.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, and is valid only for the original purchaser. It applies to manufacturing defects but excludes damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, and environmental factors.
Claims must be made within the warranty period, and the product must be returned with proof of purchase. We reserve the right to repair or replace the product at our discretion. Warranty is void if tampered with or modified. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages."
What if my frame is damaged?
If your frame is damaged within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, we will either repair or replace the frame, depending on the severity of the issue. If the frame is out of warranty, repair services may still be available for a nominal charge.
