Job Description:
• Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments
• Interpret test results and provide accurate diagnoses of hearing disorders
• Develop personalized treatment plans, including recommending appropriate hearing aids, assistive listening devices, or other amplification options.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as otolaryngologists and speech-language pathologists, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
-Previous clinical experience in audiology is preferred; however, new graduates with relevant training are encouraged to apply.
-Experience conducting comprehensive audiological assessments and interpreting test results.
Skills & Knowledge:
-Strong knowledge of hearing disorders, audiometric testing, and audiology treatment methods.
-Proficiency in using audiological equipment and software.
-Ability to develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' specific hearing needs.
-Knowledge of hearing aids, assistive listening devices, and other amplification options.
-Familiarity with hearing rehabilitation techniques and counseling patients about their hearing health.
Communication Skills:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex medical information to patients and families in a clear and compassionate manner.
-Ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, such as otolaryngologists and speech-language pathologists, to provide comprehensive care.
